Bus stands have no seats, only back rests that dig in to your upper/middle back. No bus timetables or information. Arriva have a storage container on site which gives an unfriendly look. Rubbish everywhere. A few benches far away from the stands. Having to sit on the floor. Expensive busses that are always late. Oh and finally it's Inbetween the council's cancelled renovation.
I needed a long walk to settle . My head was down .
Bus already running 20 minutes late but driver sits at bus stops for 2-3 minutes. Service is getting worse. Shame really because most drivers in our area are very nice, just poor time keepers. Not acceptable when you're on a time schedule yourself
