Truly a fantastic service from a five star car dealer! I bought the car entirely based on phone calls, emails and video. Really pleased with my Q5 and they have earned my full trust and confidence. From the very first call I was extremely impressed with this company. All my enquiries were dealt with promptly. Richard is very professional and polite and made me feel very welcome without any pressure on sale. He described the car exactly it was advertised and sent me a video of the car as I am more than 300 miles away from them in the south west! I also spoke with Chris and Mark and they both were professional and helped answering the queries I had. I also got a12 month limited warranty without any extra cost. Richard very kindly arranged a delivery to my address, saved me a hassle. Thanks to Ashington Autodrome I couldnt be more happier with my new car. Their after sales service is also great. I would recommend them to my friends and to anyone, would definitely return in the future if and when I decide to change my car.

Best garage anywhere, extensive expertise in this unassuming location. Other garages send there difficult cars here. Prices exceptional, staff friendly.
