Lovely staff and appointments always run on time. Only minor downfall is they say they want to see you in 8 weeks for your next appointment and nearly always have to wait 12 or more weeks
Ive been a patient with Neo for about 2 and a half years getting orthodontic treatment, and the difference has been amazing - my teeth are in a position now I never thought they ever would be and still got a little but more to go with my braces on. I wont lie the days after a tightening can be a bit painful - however Ive heard its always more painful in adults - worth every penny!
I recently switched here from another place as Neo is much closer for me. Amazing service! It was Zara I mainly dealt with and the communication was great... she kept me updated at all times. Waiting times are good and it was overall a really nice, hassle free experience. Will definitely use Neo Ashington again for any future work I may need doing. Thankyou :)
