Almost impossible to see a doctor, lost paperwork, prescriptions, information at best this place is shambolic. Unfortunately I can't give it 0 stars.
Absolutely a rubbish practice. Try to bet past the bulldog on reception is impossible.
It feels like the old work house with people quing early in the morning to try and get megar pickings of appointments. In increasing pain with exaserbation of illness, earliest appointment, two weeks time!!!!! GP surgeries are supposed to be the gateway to the NHS, for me the gate was firmly closed.
Nurse was a bit abrupt and didn't listen properly but on contacting the surgery about my concerns I have to felt much happier with their response. I got a lovely and fairly substantial reply to my email.
Shocking practice. Certainly needs reporting to a higher level. Long Que's to book an appointment or constantly engaged. Some staff need immediate customer service training. This morning number 13 in que. This must be costing patients whom call from a mobile a fortune.. DO NOT register with this disorganised practice..
