It's a bit hitty missy sumtimes it's nice but others the pizza r really greasy an undercooked imo
Often used cellos. Don't know if they have a new pizza chef or whatever but when you ask for extra toppings you expect it. Pizza was dry and hardly any cheese on. Half full carton of cheesy chips again with hardly any cheese. Other pizza had toppings in the middle and over an inch around the edge with nothing. Won't be ordering again.

Shocking service. We ordered through just eat. The menu states free garlic bread with cheese on orders over 15. We did not receive it. We called Chellos and asked why we didn't receive it only to be told that although this is their offer they don't honour it unless you actually ask for it in the notes section. This is not stated on the menu which is false advertising. When my husband told them this they said if we wanted it we would have to place another order tomorrow night and ask for it. We also ordered a 1.5ltr bottle of pop which cost 2.40. When this arrived it was actually a 1.25ltr bottle. Staff didn't care about our complaints and were very rude on the phone even though my husband was polite. The food wasn't even that good compared to others we have used in the past. I definitely will not be ordering again and will be telling everyone I know to avoid Chellos at all costs. Awful experience from start to finish.
The food is always fresh, however all the times I've been here more importance is given to phoned in orders and most of the staffs time is set aside for those....
