Typical carpet shop but smaller family carpet shops are better
unprofessional sarcastic staff.
Very poor service, and little effort made to rectify problems. Our order was very late coming in, and found to be damaged when we went to collect it. A replacement box was located at another store, but no offer was made to send it to us was if was "too far". Negligible communication and unfulfilled promises. A shambles. Avoid. I'd give it zero if I could.
Bad experience would not trust a word that say just don't use this store unless you like a bunch of cowboys and left both out of pocket and stressful times for a year let alone moor experience to come and rectify there bad workmanship
After posting a negative review on Franks Flooring Store at Cramlington for not meeting my requirements today, I decided to give Carpetright at Ashington credit where credit is due. Everytime I've been to the Carpetright store at Ashington, I've left with exactly what I went in for. Great staff and great service, no matter how small or large the purchase. Thanks guys.
